Economic

We ensure fair and positive relations between farmer and the company. Farmers always receive a fair and sustainable price for their product covers at a minimum cost of products and reasonable premium for value added organic production. this is used as a community fund for local development projects such as education providing water and farming materials

Social

We ensure that all workers’ basic human rights are respected and also aim at ensuring that the working conditions don’t jeopardize the individual development of the people involved. Efforts are made to improve all employees well-being at all levels. The farmers receive a variety of trainings and assistance in different livelihood programs.

Environmental

We focus on maintaining a healthy and functional ecosystem, better implementation and further strengthening of current environmental priorities in climate change; nature and biodiversity; natural resource use and waste; environment health and quality of life. Whilst these remain important priorities, managing the links between them is paramount.
